NOVELTY - Antibacterial plastic material comprises 24-48 pts. wt. acrylonitrile, 5-12 pts. wt. graphene- modified nickel-loaded chitosan antibacterial agent, 6-10 pts. wt. poly-succinic acid glycol ester, 20-30 pts. wt. organic bentonite, 3-5 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 6-12 pts. wt. modified nano calcium carbonate, 5-8 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 6-12 pts. wt. poly silane flame retardant and 3-8 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol ester. USE - The material is useful in an article (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: utilizes the graphene- modified nickel-loaded chitosan antibacterial agent with excellent spectrum antibacterial property; uses graphene with higher specific surface area; ensures the carboxy group on graphene reacts with the amino group in chitosan to generate amine bond, so that chitosan and graphene form a cross-linked three-dimensional network structure, further improves the thermal stability, mechanical property and antibacterial property of the antibacterial agent and increases the thermal stability and antibacterial property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing antibacterial plastic material comprising (a) mixing acrylonitrile, graphene- modified nickel-loaded chitosan antibacterial agent, poly-succinic acid glycol ester, organic bentonite, methyl methacrylate, modified nano calcium carbonate, polyethylene terephthalate, poly silane flame retardant and polyethylene glycol ester to obtain the antibacterial plastic material by melting, extruding and granulating through a twin-screw extruder, where the process conditions for melt extrusion of the twin-screw extruder including the temperature in first zone is 170-190°C, and the temperature in zone 2-8 is 210-250℃, the head temperature is 210-250℃ and the screw speed is 380-460 revolutions/minute.
