NOVELTY - Drag reduction hydrophobic/deicing integrated film comprises low voltage fast heating electric heating film is directly prepared with different shapes, different distribution, different size of the micro-structure, the electric heating thin film material includes is epoxy resin, poly(m-phenylene isophthalamide and polydimethylsiloxane, and 88-98.8 wt.% polymer, filling material includes 0.1-7 wt.% carbon nano tube, 0.1-3 wt.% graphene, and 1-2 wt.% surfactant and curing agent. The electric heating film is 25 seconds time, under the voltage of 3 V, the film temperature is raised to 50degrees Celsius, in non-icing state, has microstructure surface the damping performance, in the icing state with the hydrophobic and de-icing performance, icing, the micro-structure surface hydrophobic and anti-bouncing water drops, freezing, delaying micro-structure surface, freezing, thin film low voltage of electric heating effect, reducing ice and the adhesive surface, and fast de-icing performance. USE - The integrated film is useful for electric anti-icing assembly for aircraft. ADVANTAGE - The integrated film directly prepares the micro-structure on the electric heating film, solves the problem that the traditional super-hydrophobic coating caused by spraying is easy to fall off and failure, solves the problem that the current anti-deicing system is not matched with the temperature caused by multi-layer composite and uneven transmission; and has simple technique, and wide industrial application prospect.
