▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a hollow nickel/zinc oxide/carbon/reduced graphene oxide composite absorbing material involves taking a 150ml beaker, adding 25ml N,N-dimethylformamide and 25ml ethylene glycol, and mixing well, weighing a certain amount respectively 30mg, 45mg, 60mg and 75mg graphite oxide, sonicating for 1 hour, stirring for 30 minutes, and then sonicating for 1 hour, and then adding 1mmol nickel nitrate hexahydrate, 1mmol zinc nitrate hexahydrate, and 1mmol terephthalene to graphene oxide dispersion, adding formic acid and 1.16g polyvinylpyrrolidone, and stirring vigorously for 2 hours. The mixed dispersion is transferred to a polytetrafluoroethylene lined autoclave with a volume of 100ml, and solvothermally reacted at 150 degrees C for 10 hours. The reaction mixture is cooled to room temperature, centrifugation is repeated, washed with dimethylformamide and absolute ethanol to collect the precipitate. The precipitate is put in a vacuum freeze dryer for drying for 24 hours. USE - Method for preparing a hollow nickel/zinc oxide/carbon/reduced graphene oxide composite absorbing material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare a hollow nickel/zinc oxide/carbon/reduced graphene oxide composite absorbing material with strong microwave absorption capacity, absorption frequency bandwidth and thin coating thickness in a simple and eco-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing a hollow nickel/zinc oxide/carbon/reduced graphene oxide composite absorbing material involves taking a 150ml beaker, adding 25ml N,N-dimethylformamide and 25ml ethylene glycol, and mixing well, weighing a certain amount respectively 30mg, 45mg, 60mg and 75mg graphite oxide, sonicating for 1 hour, stirring for 30 minutes, and then sonicating for 1 hour, and then adding 1mmol nickel nitrate hexahydrate, 1mmol zinc nitrate hexahydrate, and 1mmol terephthalene to graphene oxide dispersion, adding formic acid and 1.16g polyvinylpyrrolidone, and stirring vigorously for 2 hours. The high temperature heat treatment is carried out on the dried precipitate in a tube furnace with argon atmosphere at 600 degrees C at heating rate of 3 degrees C/minute for 5 hours. The final result is cooled to room temperature.
