▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The device has letters A and B respectively represent two uniform dielectric thin sheets with different refractive indexes. B1GB2, B3GB3 and B2GB1 all represent a sandwich structure formed by single-layer graphene G embedded in dielectric thin sheet B. A local electric field where the single-layer graphene G is located in an optical logic device is strongest. A third-order nonlinear effect of the single-layer graphene G is enhanced to realize low threshold optical bi-stable state. The thickness of the dielectric thin sheet A and the dielectric thin sheet B is 1/4 optical wavelength corresponding to each refractive index. USE - Optical logic device based on composite Cantor photonic crystal for use in optical communication. ADVANTAGE - The optical logic device has low threshold value of optical bistable state, and enhances the third-order nonlinear effect of the single-layer graphene, so as to realize low threshold optical bistable state. The thickness of the dielectric thin sheet is 1/4 of each optical wavelength. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the composite structure of Cantor photonic crystal and graphene with serial number N=3.
