NOVELTY - Graphene/lithium titanate composite cathode material comprises composite of graphene and lithium titanate, and graphene is graphene oxide, where oxygen is tested by X-photoelectron spectroscopy. The oxygen content is 10-50wt.%. USE - Graphene/lithium titanate composite cathode material used for lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite cathode material has higher reversible specific capacity, cycle stability and excellent multiplying power charging and discharging performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene/lithium titanate composite cathode slurry, which involves: (A) using chemical oxidation method to prepare graphene oxide sol or the graphene oxide dispersion liquid; (B) calculating amount of titanate into water or organic solvent and dispersing to obtain the lithium titanate suspension; (C) slowly adding calculated amount of the graphene oxide sol or graphene oxide dispersion into lithium titanate suspension; and (D) uniformly stirring and ultrasonically dispersing evenly, heating to remove part of water and organic solvent to obtain grapheme oxide/lithium titanate composite cathode slurry.
