NOVELTY - Composite medicine-loaded fiber comprises main material, reinforcing material, pore-forming agent, coating material, antiinflammatory, antibacterial and anticoagulant medicine comprising metronidazole, chloramphenicol, diclofenac sodium, ciprofloxacin, ketoprofen, and/or heparin and combined with wet spinning. The main material is degradable natural biomass in the body-type I collagen, fibroin and other proteins which are chemically synthesized biodegradable high molecular polymers-polycaprolactone, copolymer poly L-lactide-caprolactone, polylactic acid and its copolymer polylactic acid-glycolic acid copolymer compounded. The reinforcing and toughening material is nano-carbon materials-graphene oxide, single-walled carbon nanotubes and/or fullerenes (C60 or C70). The pore-forming agent is material or agent with good biocompatibility-polyethylene glycol, vitamin E acetate, curcumin, and lecithin. The coating material is sodium alginate and/or carboxylated chitosan. USE - The medicine-loaded fiber is useful for absorbable surgical suture line. ADVANTAGE - The medicine-loaded fiber overcomes the shortcomings of sutures, avoids the pain of postoperative suture removal and reduces the risk of infection, has uniform and smooth surface structure, adjustable diameter, porous internal structure, good mechanical strength, elongation, toughness and tensile properties, excellent biocompatibility, more ideal degradation time in the body, and good medicine slow-release performance, and achieves the effect of antiinflammatory, antibacterial or anticoagulant in the early stage of wound suture.
