▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Controlling a number of graphene layers, comprises: forming graphene on a first surface of a first substrate, and forming a second substrate on a second surface of the first substrate; and irradiating the graphene with light to cause constructive Fresnel interference, where a multilayer structure or non-uniform structure on a surface of the graphene is removed by the constructive Fresnel interference. USE - The method is useful for controlling a number of graphene layers to produce monolayer or bilayer graphene, which is useful in: transparent electrode; electrical device (all claimed) including memory device, transistor, sensor, super-capacitor, fuel cell or solar cell; display device including field emission display, LCD or an organic light emitting device; hydrogen storage device; optical fiber; and nanodevice including FET. ADVANTAGE - The method removes non-uniform portions including grains in the graphene, and thus provides the graphene with improved uniformity, in a simple manner.
