▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-based aerogel includes adding graphene oxide in ultrapure water, ultrasonically processing by an ultrasonic cell crusher to obtain uniformly dispersed graphene oxide solution, vacuum distilling pyrrole monomer solution, where whole device is vacuumized and tin paper is used to cover the whole device to prevent reoxidation of distilled pyrrole, under nitrogen atmosphere, hot water bath distilling to obtain fresh pyrrole monomer, putting fresh pyrrole monomer in refrigerator, adding iron chloride hexahydrate (FeCl3.6H2O) in deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing to completely dissolve and obtain FeCl3.6H2O solution, taking PTFE liner, adding graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adding fresh pyrrole monomer, ultrasonically crushing in ultrasonic wave cell crusher until uniformly mixed, adding the liner into the ultrasonic cleaner, and adding FeCl3.6H2O solution into the liner under ultrasonic condition. USE - The method is for preparation of graphene-based aerogel i.e. PGA used for electrocatalytic treatment of water containing heavy metal and organic matter (claimed). The graphene-based aerogel is used as electrode for supercapacitor. It is used as a third particle electrode in a three-dimensional electrode reaction system for use in removing hexavalent chromium (Cr(VI)) and bisphenol A in mixed solution. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene-based aerogel, which is multifunctional, has both the porosity of graphene and reduction of polypyrrole, where porosity and dispersibility of graphene are very good to solve the shortcomings of excessive agglomeration of pyrrole, relieves the environmental pressure and meets the current trend of energy saving and environment protection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene-based aerogel comprises adding 200 mg graphene oxide in 100 ml ultrapure water, ultrasonically processing by an ultrasonic cell crusher for 10 hours to obtain uniformly dispersed graphene oxide solution, vacuum distilling pyrrole monomer solution, where whole device is vacuumized and tin paper is used to cover the whole device to prevent reoxidation of distilled pyrrole, under nitrogen atmosphere, 100 degrees C hot water bath distilling to obtain fresh pyrrole monomer, putting fresh pyrrole monomer in refrigerator, adding FeCl3.6H2O in 10 ml deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing to completely dissolve and obtain FeCl3.6H2O solution, taking 25 ml PTFE liner, adding 5 ml graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adding 0.5 ml fresh pyrrole monomer, ultrasonically crushing in ultrasonic wave cell crusher for 10 minutes until uniformly mixed, adding the liner into the ultrasonic cleaner, adding FeCl3.6H2O solution into the liner under ultrasonic condition, after the reaction is stable, placing the liner into a reaction kettle, heating at 180 degrees C for 12 hours, cooling the reaction kettle to room temperature, pouring the reaction product, after reducing graphene oxide polypyrrole hydrogel, repeatedly cleaning and removing impurities by ultrapure water and alcohol, freeze-drying the purified hydrogel for 24 hours, and obtaining polypyrrole/reduced graphene oxide aerogel (PGA).
