NOVELTY - Physical hydrogel with low friction and adjustable modulus, comprises rough hydrogel surface and lubricating liquid filled on the surface of the hydrogel substrate. The preparation material of the substrate comprises salt sensitive high molecular monomers, high molecular polymer, salt, initiator and solvent. USE - Physical hydrogel with low friction and adjustable modulus used in sealing membrane, medical device or sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hydrogel enables to adjust the modulus and strength by changing the type and content of salt ions in the hydrogel, and the type and content of other functional materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a low friction, tunable modulus physical hydrogel, which involves: (1) dissolving a salt sensitive high molecular monomer, a high molecular polymer, salt and an initiator in a solvent to obtain a mixed solution; (2) pouring the gel into a mold, and carrying out gel forming reaction under the condition of light, heat or magnetic initiation to obtain primary hydrogel; (3) placing the primary hydrogel in a lubricating liquid for surface perfusion to obtain the low-friction and adjustable-modulus physical hydrogel.
