NOVELTY - Kit comprises detection solution, which includes DNA1-fPL antibody 1 conjugate, DNA2-fPL antibody 2 conjugate, DNA3 labeled acridinium ester AE and graphene oxide GO combined with antioxidant AOD. The DNA1 contains 51 bases, 3' is modified with NH2C6, and the coupling agent sulfosuccinic acid diisooctanoic acid is covalently bonded to the amino group on the fPL antibody 1 to form a DNA1-fPL antibody 1 conjugate. The DNA2 contains 50 bases, the 5' end is modified with NH2C5, and the amino group on the fPL antibody 2 is covalently bonded with sulfosuccinic acid diisooctanoic acid to form a DNA2-fPL antibody 2 conjugate. The DNA3 contains 18 bases, and the 5' end is modified with acridinium ester AE. 7 bases complementary between DNA1 and DNA2, 6 bases complementary between DNA1 and DNA3, and 6 bases complementary between DNA2 and DNA3 are provided. USE - Kit for detecting feline pancreas-specific lipase by homogeneous chemiluminescence method.
