NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/natural latex composite material involves twisting 3-4 pts. wt. graphene into powder, mixing with water to prepare graphene aqueous solution (A), adding 90-100 pts. wt. natural latex, 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.5-1 pt. wt. vulcanizing agent and 1-2 pts. wt. sodium fluorosilicate into the solution (A), stirring to prepare mixed solution, pouring helium into the mixed solution, introducing the foamed mixed solution into inner cavity of mold through pipe fitting, placing sealed mold into heating chamber, introducing high-temperature steam into the chamber to solidify foam, overflowing the mold out of the chamber, opening the sealed mold to obtain formed graphene natural latex composite material, cutting the material into multiple of graphene natural latex blocks, spraying the latex block to clean impurities on the outer surface of the graphene natural latex block, suspending and leaving, extruding and drying into flaky component. USE - Preparation of graphene/natural latex composite material used in industrial and agricultural production, medical treatment and health, military application and cultural sports. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene/natural latex composite material having strong practicability, and ensures excellent chemical performance of the formed graphene natural latex composite material, and the effective antibacterial effect is achieved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene/natural latex composite material involves twisting 3-4 pts. wt. graphene into powder, mixing with water to prepare graphene aqueous solution (A), adding 90-100 pts. wt. natural latex, 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.5-1 pt. wt. vulcanizing agent and 1-2 pts. wt. sodium fluorosilicate into the solution (A), stirring using stirrer to prepare mixed solution, pouring helium into the mixed solution, stirring to form foam, introducing the foamed mixed solution into inner cavity of mold through pipe fitting to filled inner cavity of mold with mixed liquid, closing the mold to seal the mold, placing the sealed mold into heating chamber, introducing high-temperature steam into the chamber to solidify foam in the mold, overflowing the mold out of the chamber, leaving for cooling, opening the sealed mold after cooling to obtain formed graphene natural latex composite material, cutting the material into multiple of graphene natural latex blocks with same size through cutting device, spraying the latex block to clean impurities on the outer surface of the graphene natural latex block, suspending and leaving the cleaned graphene natural latex blocks, extruding the latex blocks and drying into flaky component.
