NOVELTY - Graphene-modified low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant sheathing material comprises 100 pts. base resin, 130-160 pts. flame retardant, 1-2.5 pts. coupling agent, 0.5-1 pts. antioxidant, 2-10 pts. graphene and 0.5-3 pts. lubricant. The base resin comprises ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, linear low density polyethylene and ethylene-butene copolymer in a weight ratio of 60-75:10-20:10-20. The flame retardant is aluminum hydroxide. The coupling agent is vinyl triethoxysilane. The lubricant is silicone masterbatch. USE - Used as a graphene-modified low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant sheathing material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-modified sheathing material, comprising mixing the flame retardant, coupling agent, graphene and antioxidant at 70 plus minus 5 degrees C, then carrying out extrusion granulation with remaining raw materials.
