NOVELTY - The method involves mixing hydrogen fluoride (HF)/nitric acid (HN03) acid with silicon nano-granule. Multi-containing double-bonds or triple-bonds of a carbon-containing organic matter are determined. Silicon nano-granule hydrosilylation reaction is performed. Graphene is contained in the silicon nano-granule. Silicon nano-granule drying process is performed to obtain nano-silicon graphene cathode material. Alcohol solution is formed by methanol, ethanol and propanol. The multi-containing double-bonds or triple-bonds of the carbon-containing organic matter are formed by dodecene and styrene. USE - Nano-silicon/graphene lithium ion battery cathode material preparing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables effectively realizing nano-silicon/graphene lithium ion battery cathode material preparing process, avoiding pulverization phenomenon and agglomeration phenomenon during battery charging and discharging process and improving conductivity and circulation property.
