▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of molecular sieve-doped nanographene quantum dot (NGQDs@ZIF-67) composite material involves dissolving cobalt nitrate hexahydrate and 2-methylimidazole in an organic solvent and mixing, ultrasonically processing, stirring, leaving still, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain molecular sieve (ZIF-67), using citric acid pyrolysis method to prepare graphene quantum dots, mixing the graphene quantum dots with excess ammonia aqueous solution to form a mixed solution, ultrasonically treating the mixed solution into reaction kettle for reaction, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain nanographene quantum dots, and dispersing the ZIF-67 in an organic solvent to form a suspension and adding the nanographene quantum dots into the suspension to obtain a mixed solution, ultrasonically processing the mixed solution, stirring at room temperature, washing and drying. USE - Preparation of NGQDs@ZIF-67 composite material used in photocatalysis (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has reduced bandgap energy, reduced direct recombination of electron-hole pairs, and significantly improved charge separation efficiency.
