▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The cable (100) has a lower electrode (20) arranged on a substrate (10). An active waveguide (30) is arranged on the lower electrode. The active waveguide is formed with a set of first holes (32) opening a portion of the lower electrode. Dielectric blocks (40) are arranged on the lower electrode on two sides of the active waveguide. An upper electrode (50) is arranged on the dielectric blocks and the active waveguide, where the lower electrode and the upper electrode include graphene having a set of second holes (52) along a same direction as the set of first holes. USE - Active optical cable for use in an optical communication system. ADVANTAGE - The cable effectively transfers laser beam from the active waveguide to a core when an electrical signal is input to the active waveguide, so that optical communication is effectively realized. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of an active optical cable.
