NOVELTY - Reinforced and toughened polypropylene composite material comprises 60-80 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 8-20 pts. wt. polyamide 6 resin, 30-50 pts. wt. carbon nanotube/graphene master grain with nano calcium carbonate master batch composite filler, and 10-20 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted ethylene-octene copolymer. USE - Used as reinforced and toughened polypropylene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The polypropylene composite material: utilizes nano calcium carbonate master batch, carbon nanotube/graphene master batch and polyamide 6 resin as reinforcing and toughening fillers; and solves the problems that the insufficient strength and toughness of single inorganic filler filled polypropylene composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing reinforced and toughened polypropylene composite material, comprising (i) drying polyamide 6 resin at 90 degrees C for 10 hours under vacuum, (ii) adding polypropylene resin, dried polyamide 6 resin, nano calcium carbonate master batch, carbon nanotube/graphene master batch grain and maleic anhydride grafted ethylene-octene copolymer as compatibilizer into a mixer, and mixing at a speed of 1000 revolutions/minute for 5-6 minutes to obtain premix, and (iii) performing double-screw extruding and granulating the premix to obtain final product; where the temperature of double-screw extruding and granulating is: T1 is 160 -170 degrees C, T2 is 170-180 degrees C , T3 is 180-190 degrees C, T4 is 190-200 degrees C, T5 is 200-210 degrees C, T6 is 210-220 degrees C, T7 is 220-225 degrees C, T8 is 225-230 degrees C, and T-die is 220-225 degrees C.
