NOVELTY - Heat-sensitive synthetic label paper against plasticizers, comprises a high-quality base paper layer, a heat-sensitive discoloration layer and a varnish isolation layer sequentially arranged from bottom to top. The varnish isolation layer comprises Ethylene vinyl alcohol resin, varnish, compatibilizer, Graphene, silane coupling agent, lubricant, and anti-fogging agent. USE - The plasticizers are useful for fresh-keeping films. ADVANTAGE - The plasticizer greatly improves the application time of the label paper. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the heat-sensitive synthetic label paper, comprising (i) (ia) mixing calcium carbonate and water ball mill, adding 1,2-diphenoxyethane, zinc stearate, methyl benzoate and mixing well to obtain mixed solution 1, (ib) mixing the leuco dye, the developer and the adhesive to obtain a mixed solution 2, and (ic) mixing the mixed solutions 1 and 2 and adding the phenolic resin to obtain a thermochromic emulsion, (ii) (iia) adding graphene to a small amount of ethanol, and configuring into a dispersion, adding a silane coupling agent to obtain mixture 1, (iib) adding Ethylene vinyl alcohol resin, varnish, compatibilizer, mixture 1, lubricant, and anti-fogging agent to the extruder to form a film by hot-melt extrusion, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the film used for the varnish isolation layer, and (iii) evenly coating the heat-sensitive discoloration emulsion on the base paper layer to form a heat-sensitive discoloration layer, and attching the film prepared to the thermochromic layer.
