NOVELTY - The electronic apparatus comprises a substrate and graphene layer (23) and gate insulating layer that are formed on the substrate. A source electrode (23S) is formed in one end of the graphene layer. A drain electrode (23D) is formed in the other end of the graphene layer. A gate electrode is provided that applies gate voltage to the graphene layer that is equipped between the source region and a drain region. An opening part column (23N) is also provided that is equipped between the source electrode and a drain electrode. USE - Electronic apparatus for switching electric current. ADVANTAGE - The electronic apparatus comprises a substrate and graphene layer and gate insulating layer that are formed on the substrate, where a source electrode is formed in one end of the graphene layer, and thus enables to form a big conduction gap in the band structure of the graphene layer.
