NOVELTY - High temperature oxidation resistant anti-abrasion molybdenum alloy comprises 20-30 wt.% molybdenum powder, 8-12 wt.% carbon powder, 8-12 wt.% iron powder, 3-6 wt.% copper powder, 2-6 wt.% chromium powder, 2-6 wt.% titanium powder, 2-6 wt.% aluminum powder, 1-2 wt.% modifier, 10-15 wt.% high temperature resistant component, 10-15 wt.% antioxidant component and 10-15 wt.% wear-resistant component. The high temperature resistant component comprises zirconium oxychloride, polyvinyl butyral, quartz, graphene, and silicon dioxide. The antioxidant component comprises polypyrrole, benzene sulfinic acid sodium, diamond ultra-micro powder, polyphosphate and sodium bicarbonate. The wear-resistant component comprises diethylene glycol, dimethyl cyclohexylamine, epoxy polyaniline, zinc dithiophosphate, pentaerythritol ester and phenylalanine. USE - High-temperature oxidation-resistant anti-wear molybdenum alloy. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of high-temperature oxidation-resistant anti-friction molybdenum alloy with improved performance and quality.
