NOVELTY - A graphene modified polyvinylidene fluoride ultrafiltration membrane comprises outer surface and inner surface of the polyvinylidene fluoride ultrafiltration membrane, where the outer surface and inner surface of the polyvinylidene fluoride ultrafiltration membrane are uniformly distributed with modified graphene oxide, the ultrafine filter membrane has an apparent pore diameter of 10-30 nm under the filtration pressure of 0.1MPa at 25 degrees C, the water flux is more than 800L/(m2h), the tensile strength is above 8MPa, the tensile elongation is above 350%, and the water contact angle on the surface of the membrane is less than 30 degrees . USE - Graphene modified polyvinylidene fluoride ultrafiltration membrane. ADVANTAGE - The membrane has high strength and water flux, strong hydrophobic and hydrophilic property and enhanced integrity and actual use performance of the separation membrane, and can be prepared in simple and environmentally-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a graphene modified polyvinylidene fluoride ultrafiltration membrane, which involves taking 0.2-2.0 mmol graphene oxide, 2.0-6.0 mmol activator A and 1.0-5.0mmol polyether modified silicone with fluorine-containing alkyl group, mixing and reacting at room temperature for 20-50 minutes, adding 0.5-2.0 mmol activator B and activation treatment for 12-24 hours to obtain a polyether-modified silicone material modified graphene oxide with a fluorine-containing alkyl group, drying 14.0-24.0 wt.% solid polyvinylidene fluoride powder under vacuum at 40-60 degrees C for 24 hours to remove water, dissolving in 45.0-65.0 wt.% polar organic solvent, adding to 0.2-20.0 wt.% polyether-modified silicone material with fluoroalkyl group modified graphene oxide and 2.0-30.0 wt.% hydrophilic porogen, 0.1-1.0 wt.% catalyst, mechanically stirring at 40-100 degrees C for 6-72 hours to obtain transparent casting solution, extruding the casting solution from the spinneret together with the core liquid at 0.1-2 MPa, immersing in the outer gel solution for spinning at 30-90 degrees C, the casting solution forms nascent fibers under the action of the core liquid and the outer gel liquid, and rinsing in pure water for 24-48 hours and taken out to dry to obtain the finished product.
