▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves orderly performing water washing, oil removing and etching treatment on a lead-acid storage battery grid. The pre-processed grid is immersed in an aqueous solution i.e. electro-deposition solution, containing lead, stannous fluoborate, fluoboric acid, boric acid, peptone and grapheme. A plate grid is made of lead-tin oxide/graphene composite coating. Surface coating lead plaster filling, solidifying and drying process are performed on the lead-tin oxide/graphene composite coated plate grid to prepare a lead-acid battery electrode containing lead-tin/graphene composite coating. USE - Lead-tin oxide/graphene composite coating containing lead-acid storage battery electrode preparation method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simplifying lead-acid storage battery electrode preparation process, increasing conductivity of interface between anode active substance and plate grid alloy and realizing depth of discharge cycle life of the lead-acid storage battery to reach 367 times.
