NOVELTY - Degradable polyadipate/polybutylene terephthalate composite high-resistance oxygen film. Obtained by removing bubbles from the film-forming liquid, pre-curing and drying in a closed environment. The film-forming solution is obtained by mixing an edge-modified graphene oxide solution or edge-modified graphene solution and polyadipic acid/ polybutylene terephthalate solution, heating at 60-80℃ for 1-4 hours. The edge-modified graphene oxide solution or edge-modified graphene solution is formed by dissolving the edge-modified graphene oxide or edge-modified graphene in a polar solvent. The edge-modified graphene oxide is prepared by amidation reaction between the polar molecular chain containing amino group at the end and edge carboxy group of graphene oxide. The edge-modified graphene is prepared by reducing the edge-modified graphene oxide. USE - The degradable polyadipate/polybutylene terephthalate composite high oxygen barrier film is used as a packaging film (claimed), which is used in food and medicine package and electronic device package field. ADVANTAGE - The degradable polyadipate/polybutylene terephthalate composite high oxygen barrier film is degradable, has good oxygen barrier property, simple preparation method, and good application value in the packaging field. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of degradable polyadipate/polybutylene terephthalate composite high oxygen barrier film, comprising (1) dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, adding carboxy activator N-hydroxysuccinimide and 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl), stirring at room temperature for 0.5-2 hours, adding modifier, adjusting pH, reacting at room temperature for 12-48 hours, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain edge-modified graphene oxide (f-GO), dispersing the edge-modified graphene oxide in water, adding reducing agent, reacting at 40-100℃ for 0.5-24 hours, washing and drying to obtain edge-modified graphene, (2) dispersing edge-modified graphene oxide or edge-modified graphene in polar solvent to obtain solution I, dissolving polymer polyadipate/butylene terephthalate in a solvent to obtain solution II, mixing solution I and solution II, heating at 60-80℃ for 1-4 hours to obtain film-forming solution, and (3) ultrasonically treating film-forming liquid to remove air bubbles, pouring into a mold, pre-curing at 40-60℃ for 1-3 hours in closed environment, and drying at 40-85℃ for 6-12 hours in an open environment to obtain degradable PBAT composite oxygen barrier film.
