The conductive additive includes carbon fiber, graphene, or multilayer graphene. The superficial portion of the positive electrode active material includes fluorine. The positive electrode active material includes a first surface and a second surface facing in different directions in a cross-sectional view. USE - Lithium-ion secondary battery for use in automobile, such as car, and motor scooter. ADVANTAGE - Lithium-ion secondary battery has improved heat resistance, which improve the safety of the secondary battery.
