NOVELTY - Hydrophobic anti-fouling ultraviolet (UV) curable coating comprises graphene-modified bisphenol A epoxy acrylic resin, first reactive diluent, solvent, first photoinitiator and leveling agent. The double bond-containing functional acrylic resin is prepared by adding into reaction vessel in a weight ratio of 40-50:20-30:20-25:3-10:1-5:0.1-1, and stirring and dispersing at high speed for 3.5-5.5 hours. USE - Hydrophobic anti-fouling UV curable coating. ADVANTAGE - The hydrophobic anti-fouling UV curable coating solves toughness strength, abrasion resistance and self-healing problems. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing hydrophobic anti-fouling ultraviolet curing coating, which involves: a. mixing 91.2 pts. wt. bisphenol A epoxy resin 828 and 0.018 pts. wt. p-methoxyphenol at slow speed uniform, stirring temperature is 70-80degrees Celsius, adding mixture consisting of 72 pts. wt. acrylic acid and 0 91 pts. wt. tetraethylammonium bromide dropwise, controlling reaction temperature to be 105degreesC, and dropwise addition time is 15 hours, total reaction time is 4.5 hours, and storing product in dark for future use; b. preparing graphene-modified bisphenol A type epoxy acrylic resin by mixing and stirring solution A and solution B at weight ratio of 95:5 at room temperature, mixing and stirring 60-70 pts. wt. bisphenol A epoxy acrylate and 20-40 pts. wt. second reactive diluent at normal temperature, adding 1-5 pts. wt. second photoinitiator and 1-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent and stirring to prepare, solution B is prepared by mixing and stirring 50-60 pts. wt. bisphenol A epoxy acrylate and 40-50 pts. wt. third reactive diluent, adding 0.1-1 pts. wt. graphene and stirring uniformly to prepare, and storing both solution A and solution B in dark; and c. adding graphene-modified bisphenol A type epoxy acrylic resin, first reactive diluent, solvent, first photoinitiator, leveling agent and double bond-containing functional acrylic resin at ratio of 40-50:20-30:20-25:3-10:1-5:0.1-1 in container, stirring and dispersing at high speed for 35-55 hours.
