NOVELTY - Graphene-based wool softener comprises 1-25 pts. wt. graphene, 1-8 pts. wt. imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt, 5-10 pts. wt. silicone oil, 1-5 pts. wt. surfactant, 1-8 pts. wt. protease, 0.5-2 pts. wt. pH regulator, 1-10 pts. wt. water softener and 50-80 pts. wt. water. USE - Graphene-based wool softener. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based wool softener has functions of antibiosis and antistatic, reduces the coefficient of friction between the wool fiber, improves softness of wool fiber, and provides soft and fluffy fabric. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-based wool softener, which involves: (A) adding 1-25 pts. wt. graphene to 50-80 pts. wt. deionized water at 1500-3000 revolution per minute, stirring at constant rate for 10-30 minutes; (B) adding 1-10 pts. wt. water softener to product formed , then raising temperature to 25-45 degrees C, adding 1-8 pts. wt. imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt and 5-10 pts. wt. amino silicone oil, stirring for 30-600 minutes; (C) adding 1-5 pts. wt. surfactant and 1-8 pts. wt. protease in the product formed and stirring for 30-60 minutes; and (D) adding 0.5-2 pts. wt. a pH adjuster to the product formed to adjust the pH to 6-7.5 to obtain graphene-based wool softener.
