NOVELTY - Preparing high-toughness polyetheretherketone (RTM: Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic)-based antistatic composite material comprises (a) adding e.g. 3,3,5,5-tetramethylbiphenol and toluene water agent, stirring, heating, reacting, evaporating toluene, polymerizing, discharging, washing, drying to obtain a strip-shaped soluble polyaryletherketone, adding e.g. soluble polyaryletherketone and trichloromethane, stirring, heating, discharging, washing, drying to obtain strip-shaped bromine methylation polyaryletherketone, adding e.g. bromine methylene polyaryletherketone and sodium azide, stirring, heating, discharging, washing, drying to obtain the azide polyaryletherketone, (b) adding azide polyaryletherketone and multi-wall carbon nano-tube into N-methyl pyrrolidone, stirring, heating, cooling, ultrasonic cleaning, filtering, drying and (c) vacuum drying e.g. multi-wall carbon nano tube, stirring, melting, mixing mixed material, granulating and pressing to obtain product. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-toughness polyetheretherketone (RTM: Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic)-based antistatic composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material ensures that the grafted carbon nanotubes has excellent dispersion effect and interface effect in the polyetheretherketone (RTM: Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic) resin matrix; achieves better antistatic effects when the content of carbon nanotubes is low; has high toughness, low filler content and high strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing high-toughness polyetheretherketone (RTM: Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic)-based antistatic composite material comprises (a) synthesizing azide polyaryletherketone, adding polymerized monomers 3,3,5,5-tetramethylbiphenol, 4,4-difluorobenzophenone, catalyst anhydrous potassium carbonate, solvent sulfolane and toluene water agent to a reaction vessel, blowing in nitrogen, stirring, heating, refluxing, reacting with water for 3-6 hours to remove the water in the system, continuing heating to evaporate the toluene after completing the reaction with water, polymerizing at 170-220 degrees C for 2-8 hours, discharging the polymerized product into water, washing with ethanol for many times, drying to obtain a strip-shaped soluble polyaryletherketone, adding soluble polyaryletherketone, N-bromo-succinimide, dibenzoyl peroxide and trichloromethane into a reaction container, introducing nitrogen, stirring, heating to reflux state, discharging the product in ethanol, washing with ethanol for many times, drying to obtain the strip-shaped bromine methylation polyaryletherketone, adding bromine methylene polyaryletherketone, sodium azide and N-methyl pyrrolidone into the reaction container, introducing nitrogen, slowly stirring, heating to 25-60 degrees C for 24-96 hours, discharging the product to water, washing with ethanol for many times and drying to obtain the azide polyaryletherketone, (b) adding azide polyaryletherketone and multi-wall carbon nano-tube obtained in the step (a) into N-methyl pyrrolidone, stirring under the nitrogen environment, heating to 110-180 degrees C for 24-96 hours, cooling, directly filtering the solution, using trichloromethane for ultrasonic cleaning, filtering, drying the obtained black powder product namely polyaryletherketone grafted multi-wall carbon nano tube and (c) vacuum drying the multi-wall carbon nano tube and polyetheretherketone (RTM: Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic)-powder grafted by polyaryletherketone obtained in the step (b), stirring for 5-10 minutes at a speed of 20000-30000revolutions/minute for pre-mixing, melting, mixing the mixed material after mixing, granulating and hot pressing to obtain the high toughness polyetheretherketone (RTM: Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic)-antistatic composite material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for high toughness polyetheretherketone (RTM: Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic)-antistatic composite material.
