NOVELTY - The LED has a carrier injection layer formed on a substrate. Width of a carrier is less than width of the current injection layer. A surface of the current injection layer is formed with a graphene film. A light emitting layer is formed on an upper part of a lower metal electrode and the carrier injection layer. An upper metal electrode is formed with the graphene film. The carrier is made of indium gallium nitride, aluminum gallium nitride and zinc oxide materials. The substrate is made of gallium nitride, sapphire and silicon carbide and silicon materials. USE - LED. ADVANTAGE - The LED increases thickness of an electron injection layer, and is inexpensive.
