NOVELTY - Method for preparing skin-nourishing fabric, involves (a) using raw material graphene modified regenerated cellulose fibers as weft yarns, performing compact siro spinning and combing cotton as warp yarns, performing sizing treatment on warp yarns before weaving, bonding fibers in yarns to hold together, and forming layer of thin film on the surface of the yarns, (b) weaving warp yarns and weft yarns, (c) performing desizing treatment on gray fabric after completing step (b) for inspection and trimming, padding enzyme liquid, washing with hot water, cleaning, and drying, (d) pre-shrinking gray fabric for desizing treatment on step (c), soaking grey cloth in water and wet, passing wet blank cloth under low tension of loose pre-shrinking machine, passing wet blank cloth to screen conveying belt, using continuously variable adjustable hot air circulation, and controlling the vehicle speed, and drying, and (e) wrapping finished product with package. USE - Method for preparing skin-nourishing fabric. ADVANTAGE - The fabric has improved air permeability, comfortable touch and prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing skin-nourishing fabric, involves (a) using raw material graphene modified regenerated cellulose fibers as weft yarns, performing compact siro spinning and combing cotton as warp yarns, performing sizing treatment on warp yarns before weaving, bonding fibers in yarns to hold together, and forming layer of thin film on the surface of the yarns, (b) weaving warp yarns and weft yarns, where the spinning process is spooling, warping, sizing, threading, weaving, checking and trimming, (c) performing desizing treatment on gray fabric after completing step (b) for inspection and trimming, padding enzyme liquid, maintaining the temperature for 30 minutes at indoor temperature, washing with hot water at 60-85 degrees C, cleaning, washing with cold water, and drying, (d) pre-shrinking gray fabric for desizing treatment on step (c), soaking grey cloth in water and wet, passing wet blank cloth under low tension of loose pre-shrinking machine, passing wet blank cloth to screen conveying belt with adjustable super-feeding amount, using continuously variable adjustable hot air circulation, where the super-feeding rate is 7%, and controlling the vehicle speed to 50 m/minute, and drying, and (e) wrapping finished product with package.
