NOVELTY - A high-strength high-rigidity graphene-modified polypropylene material comprises 38-51 pts. wt. homopolypropylene, 15-20 pts. wt. graphene, 28-32 pts. wt. E-glass fiber, 2-4 pts. wt. enzymatic lignin, 5-8 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.5-2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.5-1.0 pt. wt. lubricant, and 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. coupling agent. USE - High-strength high-rigidity graphene-modified polypropylene material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified polypropylene material has high tensile strength, bending strength, and rigidity, and excellent breakage resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-aging property, and conductive property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high-strength high-rigidity graphene-modified polypropylene material, which involves weighing raw materials, adding raw materials other than alkali-free glass fiber to a mixer, mixing, pouring the mixed material into a twin-screw extruder, extruding, granulating, and adding alkali-free glass fiber from twin-screw extruder side feed port.
