NOVELTY - A high-iron waterproof coating comprises a super-hydrophobic material component (A) and a coating material component (B). Component (A) comprises 2-10 pts. wt. graphene, 15-30 pts. wt. mixed acid solution, 5-12 pts. wt. amino-ethoxy silane-toluene mixture, 5-12 pts. wt. fluorine-containing acrylate and 20-35 pts. wt. methanol solution. Component (B) comprises methacrylate, acrylate, functional monomer, superhydrophobic material, film-forming additive, plasticizer, emulsifier, dispersing agent, preservative, defoaming agent and initiator. USE - High-iron waterproof coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high-iron waterproof coating has excellent heat resistance, hardness and chemical resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high-iron waterproof coating comprises a super-hydrophobic material component (A) and a coating material component (B). Component (A) comprises 2-10 pts. wt. graphene, 15-30 pts. wt. mixed acid solution, 5-12 pts. wt. amino-ethoxy silane-toluene mixture, 5-12 pts. wt. fluorine-containing acrylate and 20-35 pts. wt. methanol solution. Component (B) comprises 55-70 parts mass methacrylate, 10-25 parts mass acrylate, 2-5 parts mass functional monomer, 2-10 parts mass superhydrophobic material, 1-5 parts mass film-forming additive, 1-5 parts mass plasticizer, 0.8-1.5 parts mass emulsifier, 0.5-1 part mass dispersing agent, 0.5-1 part mass preservative, 0.05-1 part mass defoaming agent and 0.05-0.1 parts mass initiator. The waterproof coating is obtained by preparing component (A), preparing component (B) and mixing component (A) and component (B). The component (A) is obtained by mixing graphene and acid, soaking at room temperature for 25-45 minutes, adding deionized water, ultrasonically processing, adjusting pH to 6.8-7.2, drying, controlling moisture content to 0.5-1%, soaking treated graphene in aminoethoxysilane-toluene under argon atmosphere for 24-30 hours, centrifuging, vacuum-drying, obtaining graphene comprising aminoethoxysilane-toluene film having thickness of 5-10 nm, mixing resultant with fluorine-containing acrylate, heating at 50-120 degrees C for 1.5-3 hours, leaving still for 2-5 hours, removing supernatant, centrifuging and vacuum-drying at 70-75 degrees C for 1-2 hours. Component (B) is obtained by mixing methacrylate, acrylate, functional monomer and emulsifier in deionized water, stirring for 20-25 minutes, adding resultant pre-emulsion to a reactor, heating to 80 degrees C, dripping initiator, stirring at 80-85 degrees C for 30 minutes, adding film-forming additive, plasticizer, dispersing agent and preservative, stirring at 80 rpm for 15-30 minutes, filtering and ultrasonically processing. The waterproof coating is obtained by mixing component (A) and component (B), stirring and ultrasonically dispersing.
