NOVELTY - The preparation of nano wear-resistant and weather-resistant modified coating, involves taking modified epoxy resin/fluorocarbon resin, graphene, silica, nano-montmorillonite, nano-kaolin, nano-alumina, film forming additives, dispersing agent, leveling agent and deionized water, adding silicon dioxide to grinder, grinding to 50 mesh silica powder, adding nano-montmorillonite, nano-kaolin and nano-alumina to water bath, and adding distilled water simultaneously, heating, ultrasonically reacting and vacuum drying to obtain bulk mixture and grinding bulk mixture. USE - Preparation of nano wear-resistant and weather-resistant modified coating. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of nano wear-resistant and weather-resistant modified coating high gloss, enhanced mechanical performance, excellent aging resistance, increased wear-resistance and improved oxidation resistance by simple, economical and environmentally-friendly process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of nano wear-resistant and weather-resistant modified coating, involves taking 80-90 pts. wt. modified epoxy resin/fluorocarbon resin, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 2-5 pts. wt. silica, 4-8 pts. wt. nano-montmorillonite, 1-4 pts. wt. nano-kaolin, 4-6 pts. wt. nano-alumina, 1-7 pts. wt. film forming additives, 1-7 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 1-7 pts. wt. leveling agent and 28-42 pts. wt. deionized water, (1) adding silicon dioxide to grinder, grinding to 50 mesh silica powder, (2) adding nano-montmorillonite, nano-kaolin and nano-alumina to water bath, and adding distilled water simultaneously, heating at 50-70 degrees C for 30 minutes, ultrasonically reacting and vacuum drying to obtain bulk mixture (A), grinding the bulk mixture (A) to obtain powder (A), (3) adding modified epoxy resin/fluorocarbon resin to reactor, simultaneously adding silica powder and powder (A), heating with stirring at 30-45 degrees C for 40-50 minutes, adding deionized water, heating at 45-50 degrees C for 30-90 minutes to obtain emulsified modified coatings, (3) heating with stirring at 60-75 degrees C for 60-120 minutes at 550-800 rpm, adding coalescent dispersing agent and leveling agent and ultrasonically dispersing.
