NOVELTY - Method for preparing medical gloves by acid coagulation by (i) washing and sterilizing the mold for making doctor gloves, (ii) configuring mixed latex by mixing the butadiene, acrylonitrile emulsion, medical polyurethane, sulfur, antioxidant, oxidizer, accelerator, liquid paraffin, white carbon black, calcium carbonate and coagulant to obtain latex base liquid, (iii) mixing oxidizing acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid and/or silver nitrate to prepare acid coagulation liquid, (iv) mixing and stirring ethanol, methyl hydantoin compound, PVC and graphene oxide to prepare antibacterial and antifungal solution and (v) mixing the two latexes together, heating and vulcanizing to a synthetic latex, immersing the mold in the synthetic latex, immersing in the acid condensation liquid and taking out, immersing in the antibacterial and antifungal solution and taking out, soaking the mold in pure water, taking out, placing on the drying device for drying. USE - Medical gloves used for providing antibacterial and antifungal properties. ADVANTAGE - The medical glove solves the problems of poor softness and reduces the comfort of use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing medical gloves by acid coagulation involves (i) washing and sterilizing the mold for making doctor gloves, (ii) configuring mixed latex by mixing the butadiene, acrylonitrile emulsion, medical polyurethane, sulfur, antioxidant, oxidizer, accelerator, liquid paraffin, white carbon black, calcium carbonate and coagulant at 80-100 degrees C, and stirring at 100 degrees C for 30 minutes to obtain latex base liquid, (iii) mixing oxidizing acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid and/or silver nitrate to prepare acid coagulation liquid, (iv) mixing and stirring ethanol, methyl hydantoin compound, PVC and graphene oxide to prepare antibacterial and antifungal solution and (v) mixing the two latexes together, heating and vulcanizing to a synthetic latex, immersing the mold in the synthetic latex for 10-30 seconds and taking out, immersing in the acid condensation liquid for 10-30 seconds and taking out, immersing in the antibacterial and antifungal solution for 20-40 seconds and taking out, soaking the mold in pure water at 20-30 degrees C, taking out after 1-10 minutes, after taking out the mold, placing on the drying device for drying at 30-45 degrees C for 10-30 minutes.
