NOVELTY - High-strength sole material comprises 25-32 pts. wt. epoxidized natural rubber, 35-43 pts. wt. butyl rubber, 30-37 pts. wt. butyl benzene rubber, 22-24 pts. wt. low density polyethylene, 14-16 pts. wt. polystyrene, 7-8 pts. wt. dioctyl phthalate 10-12 pts. wt. titanium pigment, 15-25 pts. wt. cyanate resin, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 23-26 pts. wt. carbon black, 2-3 pts. wt. nano zinc oxide, 3-4 pts. wt. nano magnesium oxide, 4-5 pts. wt. stearic acid zinc, 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-2 pts. wt. accelerant, 2-3 pts. wt. wear-resistant agent, 2-3 pts. wt. sulfur and 1-3 pts. wt. glidant. USE - Used as high-strength sole material. ADVANTAGE - The high-strength sole material: has both high strength and high plasticity through the combining of the components, whose plasticity can reach to more than 0.56, tensile strength is higher than 13.5 MPa, and the elongation at break is more than 6-15%, has flexible comprehensive properties of the material, high-strength, and high plasticity, comfortable to wear, and extends the service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high strength sole material, comprising (i) heating the cyanate resin to 105-165 degrees C, stirring for 35 minutes, gradually adding graphene, stirring and reacting for 2-6 hours to obtain the resin graphene; (ii) mixing the low density polyethylene, polystyrene, dioctyl phthalate, titanium pigment, sending into double-screw extruder to granulate; (iii) adding epoxidized natural rubber, butyl rubber, butyl benzene rubber into the internal mixer, plasticating for 15-20 minutes, the mixer temperature reaches to 120-140 degrees C, then adding nanozinc oxide, nano magnesium oxide, stearic acid zinc, anti-aging agent, wear-resistant agent and glidant, after uniformly mixing, adding resin graphene and carbon black, thinning for 7-12 times and then lower sheet; and (iv) placing the material obtained in the step (iii) and step (i) into a vulcanizing machine, and adding sulfur and accelerator for vulcanizing, the vulcanizing temperature is 130-140 , the time is 12-15 minutes, the pressure is 0.5-1.5 MPa.
