NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene lubricating oil additive comprises taking graphene oxide solution, low speed centrifuging, taking upper layer liquid, low temperature drying to obtain fluffy graphene oxide powder, vacuum heating, uniformly mixing graphene oxide powder, dispersant, and base oil, adding in high temperature high pressure reaction kettle, processing, taking out the reaction product, filtering or centrifugally separating, obtaining lipophilic type graphene, mixing with lubricant, and obtaining the product. USE - Method for preparation of graphene lubricating oil additive used for increasing mechanical device anti-wear performance and providing mechanical device surface protection and high repair function. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and cost saving and uses raw materials with excellent dispersibility and stability, thus, solving the nano-additive long-term stability problem. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene lubricating oil additive comprises taking graphene oxide solution, low speed centrifuging, taking upper layer liquid, low temperature drying to obtain fluffy graphene oxide powder, vacuum heating at 40-200 degrees C, uniformly mixing 0.1-20 pts. mass graphene oxide powder, 0.1-20 pts. mass dispersant, and 60-99.8 pts. mass base oil, adding in high temperature high pressure reaction kettle, processing at 100-200 degrees C and less than 1.6 MPa (absolute), taking out the reaction product, filtering or centrifugally separating, obtaining lipophilic type graphene, mixing 0.1-20 pts. mass lipophilic type graphene and 80-99.9 pts. mass lubricant, and obtaining the product.
