NOVELTY - The layer has a TSA layer coated on a GO layer. The GO layer is utilized for representing graphene oxide. The TSA layer is utilized for representing surface modifying agent p-toluenesulfonic acid. USE - Composite anode buffer layer for a polymer solar battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The layer ensures better transparent carrier mobility of GO/TSA layer. The layer is inexpensive. The layer has better preparation process and high energy convert efficiency. The polymer solar battery adopts poly dioxin thiophene and poly styrene sulfonate. The layer improves polymer solar battery efficiency.
