▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of conductive coating, involves (S1) adding 90-110 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 3-10 pts. wt. modified graphene, 1-4 pts. wt. antimony trioxide, 10-30 pts. wt. conductive carbon black, 9-11 pts. wt. dispersant and 5-8 pts. wt. butyl acetate into dispersing machine, and stirring, (S2) dividing mixed material into three equal proportions and adding to three sand mills, and adding 5-10 pts. wt. wear-resistant additive for sand milling, and (S3) transferring the ground material to a stirrer for stirring, and filling into container. The modified graphene is prepared by dissolving 5 pts. wt. citric acid in water to prepare citric acid aqueous solution, and adding 20 pts. wt. graphene and 1 pt. wt. stannic chloride, 1 pt. wt. chitosan, 4 pts. wt. zinc oxide, and 5 pts. wt. phenylmethylamine to citric acid aqueous solution, stirring, filtering, and drying. USE - Preparation of conductive coating for cable bridge used in power or communication cable routing. ADVANTAGE - The method uses modified graphene to ensure excellent moisture resistance, heat resistance, salt spray resistance, and electrical conductivity.
