NOVELTY - An aerogel-reinforced geogrid comprises 6-8 pts. wt. silica aerogel, 0.8-1 pt. wt. hydroxymethyl acrylamide, 5-7 pts. wt. oxidized graphene, 40-50 pts. wt. p-hydroxybenzoic acid, 10-17 pts. wt. acetic anhydride, 0.08-0.1 pt. wt. zinc acetate, 20-30 pts. wt. 6-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid, 180-200 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. diaminodiphenyl ether, 0.1-0.4 pt. wt. polysorbate 80, 0.6-1 pt. wt. dibenzothiazole disulfide, 4-7 pts. wt. diisodecyl adipate, 2-3 pts. wt. ammonium sulfate and 0.6-2 pts. wt. potassium hydrogen sulfate. USE - Aerogel-reinforced geogrid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aerogel-reinforced geogrid effectively improves the dispersibility of the filler particles in the polymer and improves surface resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of aerogel-reinforced geogrid, which involves adding dibenzothiazyl disulfide to anhydrous ethanol, stirring evenly, adding polysorbate 80, stirring at 60-70 degrees C for 3-5 minutes to obtain alcohol emulsion, adding 60-70 wt.% acetic anhydride and p-hydroxybenzoic acid to oil bath at 138-140 degrees C, stirring for 10-15 minutes, adding 96-98 wt.% sulfuric acid, insulating for 3-5 hours, vacuum drying in oven at 50-60 degrees C, drying for 20-24 hours to obtain acetylated monomer (a), adding 6-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid and remaining acetic anhydride to oil bath at 120-130 degrees C, insulating for 3-4 hours, adding ammonium aluminum sulfate, stirring, blow drying, vacuum drying in oven at 50-60 degrees C for 20-24 hours to obtain acetylated monomer (b), adding diaminodiphenyl ether and absolute ethanol, stirring, adding silica aerogels, ultrasonically processing for 2-3 minutes to obtain aerogel alcohol emulsion, adding graphene oxide, and aerogel alcohol emulsion, ultrasonically dispersing for 50-60 minutes to obtain acetylated monomer (a) and acetylated monomer (b), ultrasonically processing for 30-40 minutes, vacuum distilling, drying the product under vacuum at 60-70 degrees C for 20-25 hours to obtain monomer pretreated graphene, adding monomer pretreated graphene, zinc acetate and potassium hydrogen sulfate to reactor under nitrogen protection atmosphere, heating at 240-250 degrees C, insulating for 3-4 hours, heating at 270-280 degrees C, insulating for 1-2 hours, heating at 290-300 degrees C, heat-preserving for 30-40 minutes, cooling to obtain graphene copolyester composite material, adding graphene copolyester composite material with remaining raw materials, stirring, melt extruding, press rolling, punching and stretching to obtain geogrid.
