▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide anti-corrosion protective film on metal surface, comprises e.g. (i) soaking pre-treated aluminum alloy sample in cerium nitrate solution, (ii) detecting cerium nitrate solution concentration by 3-6 concentration sensors, detecting cerium nitrate solution concentration at different positions by 3-6 concentration sensors, (iii) collecting and comparing detected data if there are errors in 3-6 sets data, if there is error calculating error value, comparing error value with preset error value, and alarms if exceeds preset range, (iv) drying soaked aluminum alloy sample at high temperature, and depositing polyethyleneimine and polyacrylic acid layers on sample by layer-by-layer self-assembly method, (v) preparing graphene oxide anti-corrosion protective film, and (vi) taking appearance image of sample prepared with graphene oxide anti-corrosion protective film, and comparing image with preset image, and giving warning, if there is error in comparison. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide anti-corrosion protective film on metal surface. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple; can monitor the concentration of cerium nitrate solution, and thus cerium nitrate solution is more uniform; and solves the problem of existing inconvenience of detecting concentration of cerium nitrate solution.
