▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Electrode comprises a substrate and an active layer. The substrate is any one of a titanium substrate, a copper substrate, a nickel substrate, stainless steel, graphite or carbon nanofibers. The active layer is any of a ruthenium iridium active layer or a graphene active layer. USE - As electrode. ADVANTAGE - The electrode adopts the active layer having high activity and stability, has better electrocatalytic activity and increases oxygen evolution potential and decreases chlorine evolution potential. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the electrode involving (i) annealing the titanium substrate at 500-600 degrees C, (ii) sequentially grinding and pickling the annealed titanium substrate, (iii) preparing a precursor solution containing ruthenium and iridium, (iv) coating the precursor solution on the pickled titanium substrate and sequentially drying, sintering and cooling and (v) repeating the step (iv) to obtain a titanium electrode with the ruthenium iridium active layer, where the step (iii), (i) and (ii) have no sequential order.
