USE - Rapid response graphene fiber. ADVANTAGE - The fiber has good electric material, realizes fast response at 30-420 degrees C under 0.5-5 V for 1-20 seconds, and overcomes slow traditional electrothermal material heating rate and high voltage defect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of rapid response graphene fiber comprising preparing graphene oxide film having thickness of 0.8-50 mu m, heating at 500-800 degrees C at speed of 0.1-1 degrees C/minute, keeping for 0.5-2 hours, heating to 1000-1300 degrees C to speed of 1-3 degrees C/minute, keeping for 0.5-3 hours, heating to 2000-3000 degrees C to speed of 5-8 degrees C/minute, keeping for 0.5-4 hours, cutting into strip, connecting into rotor at speed of 50-250 revolutions/minute, and winding for 1-5 minutes.
