▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The hybrid film has a substrate, and nanostructures (12,13) that are formed on the substrate. The graphene domains (11) are provided on the substrate and the nanostructures, and are integrally connected to the nanostructures which comprise carbon nanotubes or metallic nanowires. USE - Hybrid film used in transparent conductive film application. ADVANTAGE - The chemical bonds between the graphene and the nanostructures are yielded, so that integral contact forces are enhanced and hence electrical conductivity is improved. Only one-time etching of the metal substrate is required, thus a great deal of time and cost is saved. The film is yielded with improved electrical conductivity, and improved mechanical stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of making hybrid film. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of the graphene-based hybrid transparent film. Graphene domain (11) Nanostructures (12,13) Chemical bond (14)
