NOVELTY - The heater has an air inlet (2), fan (3), negative ion generator (5), air outlet (6), control panel (7), first power cord (8), plug (9), swing fence, heater rotating disc. An upper and a lower thermal conductive coating sheet are provided to wrap a graphene electric heating film in middle. Both ends of upper thermal conductive coating sheet and lower thermally conductive coating sheet are sealed by a coating end plug after coating. A coated graphene heating film (4) is formed, and one end of coated graphene heating film is provided with a positive electrode wire. A negative wire is provided at other end. Several coated graphene heating films are separated by a film gap fixed partition. A multi-layer graphene electric heating film is composed, and multi-layer graphene electric heating film is installed in an electric film support.
