NOVELTY - The heater has an air inlet (2), fan (3), negative ion generator (5), air outlet (6), control panel (7), first power cord (8), plug (9), swing fence, heater rotating disc. An upper and a lower thermal conductive coating sheet are provided to wrap a graphene electric heating film in middle. Both ends of upper thermal conductive coating sheet and lower thermally conductive coating sheet are sealed by a coating end plug after coating.
