NOVELTY - The structure has a zinc-oxide nano array vertically arranged on a silicon substrate. A surface-emitting layer is coated on a top of the zinc-oxide nano array. A gold electrode is arranged two sides of the surface-emitting layer. An external electrode is arranged on the surface-emitting layer. A micro-emission area is formed between a graphene block and graphene oxide blocks. The gold electrode is connected with an internal drive voltage. The external electrode is connected with external drive voltage. The silicon substrate is connected with a ground wire. USE - Graphene oxide/graphene heterojunction based field emission control structure.
