NOVELTY - Composition comprises 10-80 wt.% fine aggregate, 10-80 wt.% functional inorganic filler that retains necessary water, 1-20 wt.% performance recovery functional admixture, and 5-35 wt.% water. The functional inorganic filler comprises 10-30 pts. wt.% blast furnace slag, 10-30 pts. wt.% fly ash, 10-30 pts. wt.% calcium sulfoaluminate, 10-30 pts. wt.% kaolinite, 5-15 pts. wt.% titanium dioxide powder, 0.1-5 pts. wt.% graphene oxide and 0.1-5 pts. wt.% zeolite based on 100 pts. wt.% early strong portland cement. The performance recovery functional admixture comprises 15-35 pts. wt.% diaminodiphenylsulfone, 10-20 pts. wt.% acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, 10-20 pts. wt.% polynorbornene copolymer (I), 1-10 pts. wt.% poly(propylene glycol)bis(2-aminopropyl ether) (II), 0.1-5 pts. wt.% polyoxypropylene carboxylate methacrylate, and 0.1-5 pts. wt.% sulfide-based silane coupling agent based on 100 pts. wt.% diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A. USE - The composition is useful in highly functional mortar for repairing and reinforcing concrete structures (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition: has excellent performance recovery function, necessary moisture retention function and crack inhibition performance; excellent waterproof, water resistance, chemical resistance, weather resistance, surface hardness, freeze-thaw, resistance to salt damage and antibacterial effect; excellent strength performance i.e. excellent adhesion strength, flexural strength, tensile strength and compressive strength; continuously increases strength; prevents degradation in durability; maintains high durability of deodorization and non-combustible performance for long period of time; provides quick hardening and wet hardening performance; maximizes repair and reinforcing effect of concrete structure; minimizes additional defects; and is economical.
