NOVELTY - The film has a graphene heating strip (4) and a radiation shielding strip (5) that are printed on an upper side of a lower insulating sheet (3) according to design requirement of first power supply connecting sheet (6). The first power supply connecting sheet is electrically connected with an end of the graphene heating strip. Second power supply connecting sheet (7) is electrically connected with another end of the graphene heating strip and an end of the radiation shielding strip. The lower heating sheet and an upper insulating sheet are pressed together to form a low electric radiation graphene electric heating film unit. The upper insulating sheet is made of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) insulating material. The graphene heating strip is made of heating material graphene. The power supply connecting sheets are made of copper foil and alloy foil and connected with an external power supply line. USE - Low electric radiation graphene electric heating film. ADVANTAGE - The film is simple in structure, and convenient to produce, and reduces electromagnetic radiation of graphene electric heating film. The radiation shielding strip is filled with conductive liquid or conductive adhesive with square resistance less than 20 ohms so as to ensure better conductivity of alloy foil material of the radiation shielding strip. The film can be connected with the external power supply line so as to reduce resistance connection. The graphene heating strip and the radiation shielding strip are made of two different materials so as to realize printed processing operation, thus reducing cost consumption of the film.
