▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Detecting longitudinal stripe of hot galvanized band steel comprises (i) sampling hot-graphene substrate produced according to a certain frequency or corresponding to different batches, where the strip steel sample is a rectangular strip structure, (ii) clamping the strips steel sample with a stretching experiment machine after the sampling is completed, and stretching and deforming along the stretching deformation direction and strip steel rolling direction, and (iii) taking off the sample after the stretching is completed and grinding the sample along the length direction and observing the sample surface longitudinal stripe defect condition. USE - Method for detecting longitudinal stripe of hot galvanized band steel used in automobile manufacturing, can also be used in hot galvanizing sheet production technology field. ADVANTAGE - The method enables stretching and deforming the hot galvanized steel plate, and grinding to observe the surface longitudinal stripe defect, without punching, so as to detect after hot galvanizing plate production is finished, thus improving the defect detection efficiency, and avoiding longitudinal stripe defects to flow into a terminal client. The method allows a hand light pressure in the grinding process without excessive force, thus preventing generation of obvious scratch, and affecting the detection result. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the method for detecting longitudinal stripe of hot galvanized band steel (Drawing includes non-English language text).
