▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves mixing graphene and melamine, using grinder to fully grind a mixture, then transferring the mixture after grinding into a quartz furnace, transferring a worm-shaped reactant in a quartz furnace to a reaction vessel, taking out all the reaction product in the reaction vessel, then using filter to filter, transferring a solid product to an ultrasonic machine, completely transferring a black solution in the ultrasonic machine into the centrifuge, taking out a solid residue in the centrifuge, drying under the condition of 50℃, so as to obtain the black fluffy powder, and preparing the powder to obtain a nitrogen-doped single layer graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparing nitrogen-doped single-layer graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method: realizes pollution-free preparation under the premise of mass production and realizes the green pollution-free high-efficiency graphene; prepares the nitrogen-doped single-layer graphene; improves the performance of graphene; and displays some extraordinary electrical properties; combines intermediate product analysis and comparative experiments to explore the preparation mechanism of high-quality graphene and the importance of regulating and controlling the bubble cleavage process; and greatly reduces the cost of treating pollution.
