NOVELTY - The system has a power generation unit (100) that operates in an electrolyser mode and/or a fuel cell mode, receives the water from a water inlet (106), and powers from a power supply unit in the electrolyser mode. The generation unit splits the water into oxygen, hydrogen ion, and electron, stores the oxygen into an oxygen storage unit, forms a hydrogen atom by mixing the hydrogen ion and the electron and stores the hydrogen atom into a graphene storage unit to generate a charged graphene slurry in the graphene storage unit. The generation unit receives the charged graphene slurry from the graphene storage unit, splits the charged graphene slurry into the hydrogen atom and the graphene slurry, splits the hydrogen atom into hydrogen ion and electron, supplies the electron to an electric load, receives the oxygen from the oxygen storage unit to react the oxygen with the hydrogen ion to generate water, and supplies the water through a water outlet (108). USE - Graphene-based clean hydrogen storage and delivery system. ADVANTAGE - The charging and discharging of graphene slurry tends to generate electricity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The power generation unit operates in the electrolyser mode in response to the availability of the power from the power supply unit and operates in the fuel cell mode in response to the unavailability of the power from the power supply unit. The power supply unit is a solar or wind-based power supply unit. The graphene slurry is a mixture of graphene powder and protic ionic liquid. The power generation unit has a polymer element (128) located between a first catalyst layer (124) and a second catalyst layer (126). A first gas diffusion layer (120) is located between a first silicon gasket (116) and the first catalyst layer. A second gas diffusion layer (122) is located between a second silicon gasket (118) and the second catalyst layer. A first bipolar end plate (102) is located adjacent to the first silicon gasket and a second bipolar end plate (104) is located adjacent to the second silicon gasket. The second bipolar end plate has a graphene slurry inlet (112) and a graphene slurry outlet (114). The polymer element is made of perfluorosulfonic acid.
