▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/anionic polysaccharide composite microsphere carrier comprises (i) preparing homogeneous mixed solution of modified graphene and the anionic polysaccharide, (ii) injecting controllable particle diameter size of micro-droplet under high pressure electrostatic field by matching with the micro injection pump, and (iii) crosslinking using high valence cationic solution, curing, centrifuging, purifying, cleaning and drying. USE - The microsphere carrier is useful in loading protein, polypeptide and antibiotic medicine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, convenient and economical; does not utilize toxic surfactants and chemical crosslinking agents which are difficult to remove. The microsphere carrier has stable spherical structure, is tolerant to human physiological salt environment, protects integrity of drug structure and achieves slow release.
