NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene/polylactic acid nanocomposite, involves (i) washing wet graphene with tetraoxyfuran for 5 times to remove water content, (ii) dissolving polylactic acid (4 g polylactic acid corresponding to 1 g graphene) in tetrahydrofuran by mechanical stirring (1 g polylactic acid corresponding to 10 ml tetrahydrofuran), (iii) dispersing dilute graphite in tetrahydrofuran (1 g graphite corresponding to 40 ml tetrahydrofuran) in three-necked flask by mechanical stirring, ultrasonically treating and stirring for 2-3 hours until pulsate becomes thick, and (iv) adding polylactic acid solution to graphite/tetrahydrofuran mixed solution, continuously ultrasonically treating and mechanically stirring for 4 hours, pouring mixture to open container, drying in oven at 50 degrees C for 10 hours, properly pulling film on surface, so that solvent evaporates, crushing into particles or powders and drying in vacuum oven at 8 degrees C for 6 hours to obtain graphene/polylactic acid master batch. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/polylactic acid nanocomposite. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation and easy temperature control.
